MEET JIM FIELDING

A life rebuilt.
A new way to lead.

After decades inside high-stakes rooms, Jim Fielding created The League of Radical Kindness for leaders who want power, trust, and humanity to live in the same room.

Executive. Speaker. Bestselling author of All Pride, No Ego. Founder of The League of Radical Kindness.

Shared Stories

Keynotes, team building, and small group presentations.

On stage

As a natural storyteller, Jim invites others to share, and tells his own stories from 35+ years building and leading diverse teams. Not every keynote comes with cookies, but this one did.

On the page

All Pride, No Ego became a USA Today bestseller. It’s the same story he tells from the stage, just in book form.

The rooms that shaped the work.

A working-class kid from Toledo who learned early how to read a room, then spent 35+ years building and leading teams at some of the world's best-loved companies.

THE STORY BEHIND THE WORK

When the old room disappeared.

In late 2019, two identities that had shaped Jim Fielding’s life fell apart at the same time.

Disney acquired 20th Century Fox, and for the first time, Jim was separated from a role he loved. At that same moment, his marriage was ending.

He stepped into a six-month sabbatical expecting to catch his breath and return to the corporate world in April 2020. Then Covid hit. The world shut down. The industry went dark. The next chapter disappeared.

No interviews.

No meetings.

No handshakes.

For a while, there was no obvious next step and no familiar room waiting for him.

He still had a voice.

He still had a story.

He still had power beyond the title.

Every week, his chosen family showed up on Zoom. Then Jim opened forty years of journals and found a truth waiting inside those pages.

That lived experience became the foundation for a different kind of leadership.

Jim went back to school, became an executive coach, wrote a bestselling book, built a speaking career, launched a podcast, and created a life that finally fit the person he was becoming.

Atlanta, with the people who matter most.

His life's ambition has always been to leave his corner of the world better than he found it. These days that means Atlanta, a husband, two dogs, and a family that's never stopped showing up.

Where the Story Leads

He didn't just find his way back. He built a room for everyone else finding theirs.

Every Lorkling is a leader who stopped performing. There's one in here that looks a lot like Jim.

Everything Jim learned about reading a room, building a team, and telling the truth kindly is now the curriculum inside The League of Radical Kindness. He's not teaching from a stage above you. He's in the room with you.

The Lorklings

WHO YOU ARE

Calling All Lorklings

We’re looking for leaders who know kindness carries courage, clarity can be caring, and work should feel a little more… human.

The Lorklings give shape to the patterns leaders carry under pressure: how they protect, push, steady, notice, connect, challenge, and grow.

The Lorklings may look playful.

The work they represent carries real weight.

THE INVITATION

Lead from who you are.

Radical Kindness is for leaders ready to build trust, shape culture, and stay fully human while doing the work that matters.
