League of Radical Kindness Operated by All Pride, No Ego LLC

Last updated: July 20, 2026

A quick word before the formal part. We built the League of Radical Kindness to be a place where leaders treat each other well and do real work together. The language below is the legal frame that keeps that possible. We have tried to write it plainly. Read it. If something is unclear, write to us at [email protected], and we will answer like humans.

1. Who we are and what this covers

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and All Pride, No Ego LLC ("All Pride, No Ego," "we," "us," or "our"), a Georgia limited liability company. They govern your access to and use of leagueofradicalkindness.com, the League of Radical Kindness community ("LORK" or the "Community"), and any related content, memberships, events, and services we provide (together, the "Services"). By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a membership. By using the Services, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms. The Services are intended for individual members. If you are registering on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account or membership to anyone else.

4. Memberships and what they include

LORK is offered in tiers. As of the date above, the tiers are:

The Room at $48 per month

The Table at $148 per month

The Inner Circle at $498 per month, limited to 25 founding members

Each tier carries its own benefits, which are described at the point of purchase. Benefits, features, events, and the contents of any tier may change over time as the Community grows. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to what a tier includes. Membership grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to access the Community and its content for as long as your membership is active and in good standing. It does not transfer ownership of any content to you. Tier availability, including any cap on a limited tier such as The Inner Circle, is offered on a first-come basis and may close without notice once full. When a seat in a capped tier becomes available, it may be offered to people on the waiting list as described in our waiting list process.

5. Billing, renewal, and price changes

Recurring charges. Memberships are billed in advance on a recurring basis at the price and interval shown when you subscribe. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.

Automatic renewal. Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your tier, unless you cancel before the renewal date. The price, the billing interval, and the steps to cancel are disclosed to you at checkout before you are charged.

By completing your purchase, you give express consent to these recurring charges.

Price changes. We may change membership prices. If a change affects your tier, we will give you at least [30] days notice before it takes effect, sent to the email associated with your account. The new price applies to billing periods that begin after the notice period. If you do not want to continue at the new price, you may cancel before it takes effect.

Failed payments. If a charge fails, we may retry it and may suspend or end your access until payment is resolved.

Taxes. Prices do not include any taxes that may apply. You are responsible for any such taxes.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation is meant to be as simple as signing up. When you cancel, your membership remains active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and it will not renew after that. Unless stated otherwise in Section 7, we do not provide partial refunds for the remainder of a billing period.

7. Refunds

If you are a new member and the Community is not right for you, you may request a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of your initial purchase by emailing [email protected]. We will not ask you to justify it. After those 14 days, membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law, and canceling keeps your access through the end of the period you have already paid for. If an automatic renewal catches you off guard, contact us within 5 days of that charge. If you have not used the Community during the new period, we will refund it.

8. Community Code of Conduct

This is the part that actually matters. LORK works because of how people treat each other inside it. Membership is a privilege that depends on you upholding the following. You agree to:

Engage in good faith. Bring your real questions and your real self. Disagree without contempt.

Protect the room. What members share in confidence stays in the Community.

Do not screenshot, republish, record, or distribute other members' contributions outside LORK without their permission.

Keep it kind, not merely nice. Critique ideas. Do not attack people.

You agree not to:

Harass, threaten, demean, or discriminate against any member or any group, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights.

Use the Community to spam, solicit, recruit, or sell to other members without our written permission.

Impersonate anyone, misrepresent your affiliation, or use the Services to deceive.

Attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or to other members' accounts.

We may remove content and may suspend or terminate any membership that violates this Code, at our discretion, with or without notice, as described in Section 12. We aim to be fair and to communicate. We also reserve the right to protect the Community decisively when someone puts it at risk.

9. Content you post

You keep ownership of the content you post in the Community ("Member Content"). By posting it, you grant All Pride, No Ego a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and use that content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Services and the Community. This license ends when you delete your Member Content or close your account, except for content others have already saved or shared in permitted ways, and except for copies we must keep to comply with law. You are responsible for your Member Content. You confirm that you have the rights to post it and that it does not violate these Terms or anyone else's rights. We are not obligated to monitor Member Content, but we may review and remove it.

10. Our intellectual property

The Services and their contents, including the League of Radical Kindness name and brand, the Jimisms, written materials, frameworks, workbooks, recordings, graphics, and other works we provide, are owned by All Pride, No Ego LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your membership gives you a personal, limited, revocable license to access and use this content for your own non-commercial use within the Community. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly post, or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

11. Third-party platforms

We deliver the Services using third-party platforms, including Circle for the Community itself, Stripe for billing and payment processing, and GoHighLevel and ProFlow for member data, email, and customer relationship management. Your use of those platforms within the Services may also be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third parties, though we choose our partners with care.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services and cancel at any time under Section 6. We may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or in part, if you violate these Terms or the Code of Conduct, if your payment fails, if we are required to by law, or if we reasonably believe your conduct creates risk for the Community or for us. Where it is fair and practical to do so, we will tell you why. If we terminate your membership for a reason other than your violation of these Terms, and you have prepaid for a period you can no longer access, we will refund the unused, prepaid portion. If we terminate you for violating these Terms, fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law.

13. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." The Community, its content, and any coaching, advisory, or educational material are offered for general informational and developmental purposes. They are not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice, and they do not create any professional, fiduciary, or employment relationship between you and All Pride, No Ego LLC or Jim Fielding. You are responsible for your own decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Pride, No Ego LLC, its members, managers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the [12] months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All Pride, No Ego LLC and its members, managers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your Member Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or of anyone else's rights.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing here prevents either of us from seeking relief in small claims court where eligible.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms here, update the "Last updated" date, and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
